As though the work of Noma Bar is not
already nice enough he's gone and created
a machine shaped like one of his most famous
works that you can go and get your own
die-cut artwork from.
It's going to part of "Cut It Out" and will be
on display at Outline Editions in London
from 17th September.

After last weeks chaotic scenes in the UK
and the disasterous PIAS fire in London,
Finders Keepers, Twisted Nerve, Bird and
Battered Ormnaments (who lost 90% of their
stock) have created a "Make Do And Mend"
series of compilations. The initial set are
selected by Jarvis Cocker, David Holmes,
Gruff Rhys and Demdike Stare and go
through their favourite tracks, remixes and
edits from the back catalogues of these
labels and are only £5 each. Bargain.

More skateboarding stuff and this time
a new film by Florian Schneider called
"Pushed" which features the influence
riding a skateboard has had on their lives
as well as their art. It focuses on Adam Sello,
Pontus Alv, Stefan Marx and one of my
all time favourites, Bobby Puleo.
The trailer can be seen here and
Skate Malmö has a good write up
on it over here.

as good as mine? The box comes nailed shut and has
it's own little crowbar to open it if
